Unshakeable Leadership

The LOVE
Strengths Profile

Most communication assessments ask you to rate yourself, which mostly measures how well you know what you are supposed to say. This one asks you to choose between four things that are probably all true about you. They will all be things you do. The question is which one you reach for and which one you have to work at, and that choice is the measurement.

ListenPresence, understanding, depth
OpenCuriosity, flexibility, possibility
VulnerableCourage, honesty, trust
EmpatheticAttunement, compassion, care

About ten minutes. Four parts: how you communicate, what you need from others, whether you can sustain it, and how power and identity shape where your voice actually goes. Answer quickly. First instinct is more accurate than a considered one, and if a choice feels hard, pick anyway. The hard ones carry the most information.

Part one

Two questions about leading

These are scored against your profile rather than on their own. There is no preferred answer to either.

Two optional questions

Why we ask

Who you are changes how your communication is received, and that shows up in the results whether or not you tell us. Answering lets your profile speak to your actual situation instead of an average one. Skipping changes nothing about the profile you get. These answers are never shown to anyone else.

How would you describe your race or ethnicity?
And your gender?
Your profile

These four are scored against each other, not against a standard. Everyone's four add up to the same total, so a low number means you chose it less often than the others, not that you lack it.
